At FungyFab, your hygiene and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy for tried or worn garments. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
1. General Policy

We do not offer refunds for any purchased items.

We do not accept returns for garments that have been tried, worn, or washed.

Due to hygiene reasons, all undergarments are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Replacement Policy

A replacement will only be provided if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or if there is a size or colour mismatch caused by us.

To be eligible for a replacement:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

You must provide clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item as valid proof.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

3. No Replacement for the Following:

Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer

Colour preferences unless incorrect product delivered

Style or fit not as expected

Products returned without proper verification or after being worn/used
Important: Please ensure you refer to our size guide before placing an order. We do not provide replacements or exchanges due to incorrect size selection unless the error was made by us.
4. How to Raise a Replacement Request

Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

Brief description of the damage/defect or mismatch
Our team will verify your request and confirm if the replacement is approved. If approved, we will initiate the shipment of a replacement piece at no additional cost.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been packed or shipped.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
